Those who know me, know how phone mad I am, in particular Nokia symbian handsets are my main obsession. As befitting my birthday next month, I treated myself to the Nokia n97 (well, come on, no one else is going to purchase it for me). Last year it was the n82 but we know what a budge-job-repair Nokia made of that, causing me to buy it again, only a month ago but at least the price is now half the price it was last year. Anyways, I digress.

Fissure Theme on my nokia n97

On top of this year's birthday gift ofthe Nokia n97, an outstanding theme came across my path, Fissure by Tehkseven. He makes only the best of themes and update them regularly in the event of any bugs. Tehkseven has now started to add premium themes for purchase, one of which I bought as it suited the look I really wanted to achieve on my black n97. I attach screenshots below.

The above is available at the costly sum of… 1 euro, which I think is a very good purchase. You too can get yourself a copy or check out some of his other free and premium themes that are available. (Apologies for the opda branding. It is a theme I have purchased, but I used the screenshot from opda and it has their default watermark – something else to add on my to-do list is to set-up my watermark.)

I think a dark theme matches up well with a black phone. It has always been my personal preference.
