Group hug to you all. The new firmware v30.0.011 for the nokia 5800 has arrived. You can download it via NSU (nokia software updating) or via FOTA (firmware overthe air). It brings with it bug fixes and ram improvements to enhance the speed and fluidity in the menu, s60 browser and multi-tasking capabilities and you now get email alerts shown on the standby screen. If you are still sitting on the edge between the debate of this and the n97 and your finances are a little tight, the 5800 makes a very good purchase bid. With the several recent firwmare updates it has made the first of nokia's touch devices a particularly worthy contender. Do you already own or intend to purchase the 5800?
