USAA Deposits $1.5 Million via iPhone

USSA (United Services Automobile Association Bank) has received approximately $1.5 million to its iPhone app via cheque payments.

In the short time of its launching. In just under five months, 58,000 customers and more have used the app to update their bank accounts. Installed more than 150,00o times, the USAA app has recently been updated. Cheques are deposited via the simple method of taking a photo of the cheque using the iPhone's camera to photograph both the back and front sides of the cheque and forwarding the image to USAA.
