Search Your iPhone Apps Via Bing Microsoft Search

Search Your iPhone Apps Via Bing Microsoft Search. Microsoft introduces iPhone owners to a new way of searching for apps via its Bing Visual Search engine.

Bing introduces a special gallery section that spotlights iPhone apps. By hovering over a particular icon, the search field is populated with the description, release date, category, rank and price of the app. On the down side is that the search does not reveal an link to the app on the App Store. The slickness of Bing invites you to a fun way to browse and search, with the ability to search the top 10 frreebies, the top 10 paid, you can sort popularity based on release date, name, price etc. It is a good idea to keep in mind however, that a search of 500 apps alone leaves  a lot of desired applications out of your reach so Bing is rather an addition to – rather than a replacement for the App Store search facilities. Perhaps in the future we might see the application search stretched to perhaps 5,000 apps giving a better user experience.
