Mizoram India, Love and Mobile
Recent figures shows the tiny north-eastern Indian state of Mizoram loves the mobile with over half the population owning a mobile telephone.

Mizoram is one of the most remote states with private industry practically non-existent.  Landline telephone connections where available are few and far.  The survey revealed 561,917 mobile phone users in the state from the total population of approximately one million as of January 2010.  Mizoram's biggest network is Airtel, followed by BSNL, Aircel and Vodafone.  India is adding 15 million new customers every month.
