Win for Nokia Booklet Domain Name
A dispute about the domain registration of  booklet-nokia.com has been won by the Nokia Corporation.  An individual had created the domain via Go-Daddy.com several months after the introduction of the Nokia Booklet 3G.  It was proven that the creator had chosen the domain name in 'bad faith' along with several others to impinge on trade-marked property and well-known names.
