3 brand new smartphone models 700, 701 and 600 Symbian Belle, C7 Symbian Anna and N9 MeeGo making a quintet of 5 NFC devices by the end of this quarter.

Nokia proves their commitment to NFC as it faces industry challenges stifling NFC. Nokia’s short terms aims are to create NFC connections via device pairing and peer 2 peer with mobile payments and ticketing to come later alongside sharing of media and contacts and photos. Nokia’s new packaging will include NFC tags to guide customers on how to use the technology.  This new blog will keep you updated on NFC technology so hop over and take a look.
