With Nokia World 2011 less than a week away leaks of upcoming images of the new Windows Phone 7 has appeared. “Black and yellow and pink and blue… I can sing a rainbow…” Well, not quite all the colours of the rainbow but the Nokia 800 (codenamed Searay) has revealed itself in three colours, black, blue and pink. The Nokia 800 bears a similar design to Nokia’s recent Meego device the Nokia N9. I am spoilt for choice as to which colour is my favourite. Does it come in white?
Which colour do you love most?

The eagerly anticipated Nokia N9 was officially launched today. The Nokia N9 has impressed us with its AMOLED, 1 GHz processor, 8 megapixel camera with flash and the excellent MeeGo operating system. Unfortunately MeeGo is no longer being actively pursued by Nokia and is regarded by some in the industry as a developmental dead end. Unfortunately to spread more harm than good, on this very same day Microsoft launched the Mango update to Windows Phone. Some would say this is not so co-incidental at all.
MeeGo has been the centre of discussion of late with talks of a merger with mobile Linux distro LiMo, used on more than 20 mobile devices by Panasonic and NEC, majorly in Japan.
Seattle’s, Intel’s Elements 2011 will bring more discussion about this possibility.
