T-mobile introduces the T-Mobile myTouch 4G Slide. The 4G smartphone includes one of the most advanced camera with its zero shutter lag, backside illuminated sensor and the additional premium features of a digital camera offering a real alternative to replace consumers point and shoot cameras.
Networks are in turmoil with the onset of Apple’s new iMessage initiative. iMessage takes away revenue from the networks by using Apple’s own protocols to send and receive messages without charge from one iPhone/iPad/ or iPod iTouch user to another. With such innovation, networks have been scurrying around in a spin to find other ways to hold on to the revenue that will be lost once iMessage is released to the public. Vodafone is the first of the networks to bring in tariff changes. Vodafone is the biggest network in the UK so do not be lulled into a false sense of security that the other networks will not follow suite at a later time. Read more on the story here.
